Semi automatic kitchen foil rewinder(800) is a semi automatic 2 shaft rewinder designed for efficient rewinding of aluminum foil, kitchen foil,cooking foil,BBQ foil etc.

Machine works with a premium electrical control system,comprising a WEINVIEW high-definition touch screen, a SIEMENS PLC, and DELTA servo motors,thereby achieving a perfect synergy between mechanical transmission and intelligent control.

- Machine supports jumbo roll width of 200–800mm and core diameters of 25–76mm.

- Deceleration values ​​for each winding segment can be preset via the touchscreen interface, allowing the system to automatically adjust parameters during the rewinding process.

- With a single-button start, the machine automatically executes the entire rewinding sequence-including winding, cutting, post-cut feeding, pressing, and shaft exchange-requiring only manual loading and unloading, thereby significantly simplifying operation.
